Anxiety can range from feeling stressed because of a busy lifestyle and needing to find a balance between demands and self-restoration, to specific fears about public speaking , fears of heights, flying, etc.

Any of these anxieties can be diminished, eliminated, and most of all managed by you as opposed to being controlled by the stress.  When relaxed, not only does your body function better but you also achieve:

I offer a Mindfulness Meditation course that can alleviate many problems associated with stress, including:

Mindfulness is focusing your attention in the present moment.  When your mind and body are in the present, as opposed to focusing on the past or future, then peace and calm occurs.  Furthermore, your body begins to release its own natural healing resources in this restful state, which in turn helps bring clarity, physical relaxation and improved mood.

Course Details

The course is based upon the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and his Stress Reduction/Mindfulness Clinic in Boston.
